Preliminary Round

• Any virtuosic piece (max. 5 minutes)

• F. Chopin : one Etude freely chosen by the contestant opp.10 and 25

• One Etude by other composer than Chopin

• One Mazurka by Chopin

 

 

Final Round (30-35 min.)

• One of the following pieces by Chopin: Ballades, Scherzi, Fantasia op. 49, Polonaises (op. 22, 44, 53, 61),   or first and 
   last movement (both) of Sonata No.2, or No.3

• One or more compositions chosen of the following composers: F Schubert, R.Schumann, J.Brahms, F.Liszt,          
   S.Rachmaninov, P.Tchaikovsky, M.Mussorgsky, I.Stravinsky,  A.Scriabin, S.Prokofiev, K.Szymanowski, M.Balakirev,
   M.Ravel, C.Debussy, F. Mendelssohn- Bartholdy, F.Chopin, S.Barber, I. Albeniz, M. Falla, E. Granados, A.Ginastera,

   H. Villa-Lobos, N. Kapustin
